Marcus Bradley is an author, speaker, coach, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and community advocate from Elgin, Illinois — and a devoted father of five, son, and brother. A graduate of Elgin High School (Class of 2003), he was raised in foster care from age two and draws on that lived experience to encourage greater understanding between caregivers and children. He is a proud advocate and activist for Black and Latino communities. His book, Changing the Dynamics Between You and Your Foster Child, invites readers to consider how empathy, communication, and connection can shape family relationships.
